Our fully- and semi-automated bag manufacturing equipment allows flexible and fast production of highest-quality single-use bioprocess bags, ranging from 20 ml 2D bags to multi-thousand-liter 3D container designs, including mixer, bioreactor and fermenter bags.
With over 60 years of experience in machinery construction and expertise in TC and RF welding technology, whether you opt for non-PVC (PE, PP) or EVA as the container material, we can offer you the ideal welding process, customized production technology and automation grade for the efficient production of 2D and 3D single-use consumables to help you fulfill your customer expectations “on time and in full” (OTIF).
Automate the production of 2D bags from 20ml to 50l. Our inline machine lets you weld tube, place ports, cut and seal each bag to your desired specifications – all while providing consistent quality, eliminating manual steps and ensuring higher efficiency. We provide the right technology with flexible configurations according to your bag design and requirements (material, volume, ports, etc.), including automation solutions.
Limitless bag length, determined only by the width of the film and handling capacity, is offered by our bioprocessing container production technology. Equipment bags – such as mixer or bioreactor bags, as well as 3D bioprocess containers are commonly manufactured semi-automatically. Our manufacturing equipment can support film rolls up to 1500 mm wide and enables complex port placement and other functional components up to several thousand liters. Additionally, folding stations and automation solutions are available to enhance the production process.
Our innovative, highly reliable, and sustainable solutions represent the highest safety and lowest total cost of ownership for our customers.
Furthermore, Kiefel Medical Technology + Material R&D Center is equipped with nearly every tool to provide PoCs in any material, process and technology and even prototyping.
