Alcohol, drugs, and smoking
Alcohol and drugs are generally prohibited on the company premises. Smoking is only permitted in the designated smoking areas / cabins.
Confidential information
Information you may acquire during your visit must be treated confidentially and remains the absolute property of the company.
Designated paths
Leaving designated paths on your own initiative is prohibited. Please speak to your Kiefel representative if you have any questions.
Filming and photography prohibited
Please note our general prohibition of video recording and photography at the location and in the assembly areas. If you have any questions or require video or photographs, please contact marketing@kiefel.com.
Parking
Parking is only permitted in designated parking spaces, aside from this, parking is not permitted on the company premises. Vehicles belonging to customers, visitors or external companies may only access company premises for loading and unloading purposes.
Protective shoes & shoe caps
Furthermore, everyone who works in the assembly area, carries out work there or stays there for an extended period is required to wear protective shoes. Special protective shoe caps are available at the entrances to I01 for people who only occasionally need to leave the main paths in the assembly areas.
Road traffic regulations
German road traffic regulations apply on the entire company premises.
Removal of items
Taking items of any kind from our premises is not permitted, is regarded as theft, and will be reported to the police by us.
Visitor ID
The visitor ID entitles you to enter the company premises and is provided at the company reception. The visitor ID must be worn in a clearly visible manner throughout your entire stay. After completing your visit, you must return your visitor ID to reception. By accepting the visitor ID, you undertake to comply with all safety and occupational health measures applicable to the company premises, to observe danger and information signs and to comply with the instructions of employees. Entering the company premises is at your own risk. We assume no liability for any personal injury that occurs on our premises. All customers, visitors and external company employees are accompanied to the company area designated for their visit by their authorized attending Kiefel employee.
